I slept in this morning because we had a lot of guys over here last night and we stayed up late. One of them gave us a ping pong table a few weeks ago, so our house has become even more of a party pad. We had some intense competition late into the night. I really have so many wonderful friends. Good, fun, funny, loving friends.

It’s summertime in Arizona, and you better get your outside work done before eleven in the morning. It was already mid-morning, and I didn’t feel like getting dirty for an hour. So I hopped right on this computer and decided to commit this whole day to my personal websites. So that includes posting journals here on supafly.com, and working on the future renovations to my other sites.

Normally I could never work on a computer on Saturday because I’d already stared at the monitor for 50-60 hours that week. But since I’ve been away at camp and at the conference, I’ve had an extended break from my computer. Then tomorrow morning I leave for a week at Notre Dame, so today is the perfect day to suck it up and work on my sites.

I’m listening to the XLT we recorded live at the training conference this past week. Five hundred people singing is so cool. I just want to jump around the house just listening to it.

It’s almost 1:30 AM, and I’ve been working almost non-stop for the past ten hours. I haven’t worked this long on supafly.com since I redesigned it back in 2001. Most of what I’ve been doing is learning more about CSS layouts. Then I’ve done some cleaning up of the code on the site as it is so that it’ll be easier to transfer to a cleaner layout.

I leave in the morning to fly to Notre Dame. I normally don’t like staying up this late, but I’d rather sleep on the plane tomorrow than sit there wide-eyed and crazy.
